1. When entering your information below, please double check that you entered everything correctly.
2. Legacy Financial Services requires ALL clients to maintain active credit monitoring. Credit monitoring is crucial and the cost is $21.99 per month. This allows us to track your progress during your credit repair journey (deletions, score changes, new accounts, etc). Any clients that cancel and/or downgrade their credit monitoring service will be suspended from the program.
3. Please do not enroll if you have an active bankruptcy as we will not be able to help. Dismissed/Discharged bankruptcies are OK.
4. Please do not enroll if you are not able to complete your onboarding within 48 hours. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete onboarding. If it’s going to take you longer than 48 hours, please do not sign up for our services.
5. Please do not sign up if you are currently behind on paying your bills. We do not want our services to be another bill added on as a burden for you. Old accounts are fine. But if you are behind on your current accounts, please do not sign up.
Your payment is due 30 days from the day you start. It's best to use your enrollment email for the date started. Monthly payments are automatically withdrawn from your account on the same day you enrolled. If you need to change the date or update your form of payment, please send us a message in the portal or to email@example.com at least 72 hours before your payment is to be withdrawn.
All mail received can be stored in a folder for your future use. We use the credit monitoring system each month to see your updates. No need to send us any letters.
You can see results in as little as the following month after getting started. We want you to know that repairing your credit IS A PROCESS! We ask clients to be prepared to stay in the program for 6-9 months and up to a year for best results.
Yes, that is the time frame the bureaus typically take to gather their findings and update your records.
After we import your updated credit changes, we will send you a message in the portal showing the changes to your report. We update your file every 35 days. You can access the portal at secureclientaccess.com.
